Given below are the Estimated Delivery Timeline – It details the time it takes to process the order and hand over the shipment to Postal Service. It does not include the shipping / Transit time, which varies depending on the Mode of shipment [Standard, Tracked, Expedited, etc.] and the time it takes for customs clearance, etc. for all shipments outside of Canada, which is out of our control. We are not responsible for delivery delays after the package has been shipped.

  • Within 7- 10 working days [Excluding Weekends and Holidays] for all items, if in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will advise the expected ship date, soon as the order is received.

  • International & U.S.A Customers are responsible for payments charged, if any, towards taxes, Customs and Import Duties, Surcharge, Freight Service Processing Fee charges, etc., and are directly payable to the Freight /Postal Services Company at the country of destination.
  • Returned Orders Due to Incorrect Address within Canada – If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address given by you [The Customer], we will reship the order at your expense
  • For International & U.S.A Customers - We are not responsible if the shipment is abandoned due to an incorrect address provided by you [The Customer].
